Heritage Water Sports Paid Waiting List Agreement

Heritage Sporting Club (HSC) is currently sold out. In order to save your place in line to become a member, we have created a paid waiting list. By paying a Refundable Deposit and submitting an application, you will demonstrate your seriousness in becoming a member.

How it Works:

When an opening comes available, it is first offered to existing members. If it is not claimed by an existing member, the opportunity will be offered to the people on the paid waiting list in order of when the completed paperwork and payment were received. When we get to your place in line, we will call you and ask if you are interested. If you say no, we will go to the next person on the list. If you say yes, you will have 48 hours to elect to convert your refundable deposit into a non-refundable deposit and lock in the members opening.


Within 48 Hours of Notice of Membership Opening

  1. Schedule physical tour of the lake with office staff to see lot location in person
  2. At the conclusion of the physical tour of the property, elect to make previously paid deposit. Non-refundable deposit and submit an updated application.
  3. If your application is accepted for membership, you will have 14 days to make a full membership payment for the selected Water Sports season.
  4. If your application is denied, your deposit will be refunded to you within 30 day

If You Decline Within 48 Hours of Notice of Membership Opening

  1. You will maintain your priority placement on the paid waiting list and will continue to be notified of lot locations as they come available on the lake.
  2. Members can remain on the paid waiting list for an indefinite amount of time, carrying over from season to season if they so choose.

Refund Policy

  1. You can make a written request for refund of deposit at any time your deposit is refundable. You will be removed from the paid waiting list and will no longer be notified about new membership openings.
  2. Your refund will be mailed by check to the address on your application within 30 days.
  3. You will only receive a refund on a non-refundable deposit if your application was denied, unless it was denied for providing false or misleading information.

Upon signing of this document, the signatory agrees to all of the above terms and conditions to joining the Heritage Water Sports Paid Waiting List
