The Flybook offers powerful software and marketing solutions for outdoor service providers. We're happy to be partnered with the The Flybook to provide an easy-to-use waiver signing integration.
You can integrate The Flybook with Smartwaiver in two ways:
1. Post Checkout (Online)
When a customer is booking an activity online, the Smartwaiver integration will add an extra step to the booking process prompting users to sign your digital waiver before proceeding. A Smartwaiver link for each additional guest will be included in the customer's confirmation email.
2. Walk-in / POS Integration
When a guest signs your digital waiver at your Smartwaiver Kiosk, the customer information and signed document are sent to your Flybook POS Dashboard. You will be able to view which guests have a signed waiver on file and which still need to sign.
To Get Started:
1. Sign up for a Flybook and Smartwaiver account.
2. Add Smartwaiver as a manager within your FlyBook account
Go to Setup > Staff > Add Staff > (add name (Smartwaiver), email (email@example.com) and set role as Manager)
3. Send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org with your Flybook username and existing release of liability waiver and we'll get the two systems talking to each other.
