This waiver is for the lessee who is renting/operting a bicycle.

     In consideration of being permitted to rent Bicycles & other from La Dolce Vita, releasor, for himself or herself and his or her personal representatives. heirs, and next of kin, releases, waives, discharges and covenants not to sue La Dolce Vita, its officersand members, and other parties such as: promoters, sponsors, advertisers, and their officers and emloyees, all referred to as releases, from all liability to the realesor, whether casued by negligence of releases or otherwise while the realesor is using any of the items referenced above which were rented from La Dolce Vita.

     Releasor agrees to indemnify the releases and each of them from any loss, liability, damage or cost releases may incur due to the use of rented Bicycles & other items from La Dolce Vita whether caused by the negligenceof the releases or otherwise.

     Releasor assumes full responsibility for and risk of bodily injury, death or property damage due to negligence of releases or otherise while using rented Bicycles and & other from La Dolce Vita.

     Releasor agrees that this release, waiver, and indemnity agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Florida and that if any portion of the agreement is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, not withstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.

     Releasor being of lawful age, in consideration of being permitted to rent Bicycles & other from La Dolce VIta does for himself or herself, his or her heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, now release and forever discharge La Dolce VIta, their heirs, administrators, and executors of and from any and every claim, demand, action or right of action, of whatsoever kind or nature, either in law or in equity arising from or by reason of any bodily injury or personal injuries known or unknown, death and/or property damage resulting or to result from any accident which may occur as a result of participation in using Bicycles & other rented from La Dolce Vita whether by negligence or not.

     Releaser further states that he or she has carefully read the above release and knows it contents of the release and signs the release as his or her own free act.  

     This release contains the entire agreement between the parties to this agreement and the terms of this release are contractual and not a mere recital.

If you are staying in or visit the Watercolor community and your bicycle(s) are confiscated by the Watercolor Security for the purposes of being abandoned, illegally parked, or for other reasons posted by the Watercolor community, the lessee is responsible for the $45+tax per bicycle fee that is required by Security to release the bicycle(s) back to La Dolce Vita or the lessee. By checking here, the lessee is in agreement to said fees in the event their bicycle(s) are confiscated.*

WATERCOLOR BIKE LIGHT POLICY: La Dolce Vita's policy is for our bicycle(s) to be ridden during daylight hours only. If the lessee would like to use the bicycle(s) after dark, it is the lessee's responsibility to obtain a set of lights. If staying in or visiting the Watercolor community, this community requires bicycles to have lights if being ridden after dark. Lights are available for purchase, availability pending, at the Watercolor Bike Barn (533 Western Lake Dr, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459.)*
