Boat and RV Storage Agreement

I (owner of stored property) agree to hold Gilligan’s (service & storage provider hereafter referred to as “storage provider”) harmless and not liable for equipment and property damage or loss as a result of theft, vandalism, weather, wind, storm, ice, snow, rain, sun, fire, negligence, or accident.


I promise not to sue storage provider, provider's employees, or provider's owners as means of seeking compensation for expenses related directly or indirectly to damage or loss of stored items or property.


I understand that no insurance is provided by storage provider. Stored Property owner(s) understand and agree that liability insurance and comprehensive property insurance is responsibility of stored property owner(s) and that no such insurance is provided or offered by storage provider. Stored Property owner(s) agree to assume any and all risks to stored property and/or stored equipment.

Owner of stored property further agrees there will be no servicing or repairing involving stored property or items while property of items are LOCATED on these premises by hired service providers other than Gilligan's Boats.

No outside service or repair providers allowed on premises without advance a approval by Gilligan's Boats' Management.

When requested by stored property owners Gilligan's Boats' Management agrees to make a reasonable effort to facilitate the pick-up and delivery of stored boats and RV's by other service providers or repair providers. Other service providers, dealership representatives, sales and/or service personnel are prohibited from entering storage area. If stored item is to be picked up by an outside service provider then a must be made by the stored property owner a minimum of (a reasonable number of) hours in advance. As boat or RV owner I will not authorize nor send a repair person nor an appraiser nor an insurance representative nor any other service provider to go onto Gilligan's Boats storage property without first obtaining specific written approval from Gilligan's Boats owner or management. 


Overnight stays in stoage area by owners of stored property or guests of same are prohibited.

Owner of stored property further agrees advertising stored property for sale on stored property may be done ONLY if agreed to by Gilligan's Boats' Management. Gilligan's Boats' Storage area is OFF LIMITS to the general public and therefore off limits to prospective buyers, shoppers, and curiosity seekers.

Pay up front BEFORE storage term begins.  Pay first and in full.  Storage service is due and payable in advance or at the beginning of the storage period at the latest.


No refund for any reason once payment is made.  Payment is considered fully earned upon receipt.  No portion or part of storage payment will be refunded nor discounted nor credited.


Stored property owner agrees to notify and/or inform Gilligan's Boats' Management if and when stored property owner becomes aware they will not be renewing their storage service or if their stored property will be absent from storage location for more than 72 hours.

Storage service under this agreement is NOT transferrable. If I sell my boat or RV the new owner does not get my remaining storage term
