South Main Vacation Rental Lodging Policies

By electronically signing below, you agree to the following South Main Vacation Rental ("We" or "Us") rules and conditions.

1) You hereby authorize Us to charge your credit or debit card to cover any and all damage to the homes(s) caused by you or your guests/invitees during your stay. If your credit or debit card is declined, you agree to immediately pay for any and all damages via a different payment method.

2) All of our vacation rental properties are strictly non-smoking. If there is evidence of smoking in the home OR ANYWHERE ON THE PREMISES, you hereby authorize Us to charge your credit card or debit card a deep cleaning fee of $500. If your credit or debit card is declined, you agree to immediately pay Us the deep cleaning fee via a different payment method.

3) Our properties are not pet-friendly. If there is evidence that you brought a pet into one or our properties, you hereby authorize the Us to charge your credit card or debit card a deep cleaning fee of $500. If your credit or debit card is declined, you agree to immediately pay Us the deep cleaning fee via a different payment method.

4) If you fail to vacate the home by the published check-out time on the day of your departure, and you have not made arrangements for a late check-out, We reserve the right to remove you, your guests/invitees and all personal belongings from the home(s).

5) Bringing hazardous, illegal or flammable items, or items of an objectionable nature, into a home is prohibited. You are solely liable and responsible for all loss and damage, financial or otherwise, that may be caused by such items or as a result of your or your guests/invitees negligence.

6) We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations when it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity; or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation resulted from a mistake or error.

7) South Main is a new neighborhood under construction. We cannot offer relocations, discounts or refunds on the basis of construction noise.

8) All fees and/or charges incurred due to a violation of the policies herein are non-negotiable and may not be challenged through any venue.

9) Each home is carefully prepared prior to your arrival and will be cleaned after you check out. Additional cleanings can be arranged for a fee upon request.

 By checking here, you are consenting to the use of your electronic signature in lieu of an original signature on paper. You have the right to request that you sign a paper copy instead. By checking here, you are waiving that right. After consent, you may, upon written request to us, obtain a paper copy of an electronic record. No fee will be charged for such copy and no special hardware or software is required to view it. Your agreement to use an electronic signature with us for any documents will continue until such time as you notify us in writing that you no longer wish to use an electronic signature. There is no penalty for withdrawing your consent. You should always make sure that we have a current email address in order to contact you regarding any changes, if necessary.
