The Friends of Photography associated with Meet-Up does not provide liability insurance for the protection of individuals, groups, organizations, businesses, spectators, or others (guest) who may participate in Friend of Photography MeetUp outings events with Frederic Larson. By participating in this event you agree to indemnify this Meet-Up Group with Frederic Larson and its organizers, joint and severally from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss or injury, stolen or damaged equipment and transportation by Frederic Larson which hereafter may be sustained by participating in the Friends of Photography Meet-Up outings and Frederic Larson Photography workshops. By attending any of Frederic Larson "Friends of Photography" MeetUp events your accepting certain risks. Your agreement of this form shall serve as a release of Frederic Larson liability and a complete assumption of all risks by you. In consideration of, and as part of the payment for your participation in a workshop/event with Frederic Larson, you are voluntarily releasing Frederic Larson from any damages, lost, liabilities, costs, illness due to Covid-19, injuries whether mental or physical, known or unknown, and by participating you agree to assume all risks whether known or unknown.
