This employee application is for our Assistant Manager position.

Job Duties include, but not limited to:

-Handling all rental reservations-bookings, customer inquires, scheduling appointments, payment processing, and cancellations.
-Overseeing all Oasis Watersports inventory, maintaining inventory, and providing detailed paperwork for each rental throughout the course of the season
-Managing small staff and coordinating deliveries
-Responsible for all paperwork, contracts, check in/out sheets, and damage reports

Basic Qualifications will include:

-passion for boating and the lake
-willingness to learn and be cooperative
-willingness to work various shifts, check in/out times, and weekends
-prior experience with driving boats and pulling trailers
-EXCELLENT customer service skills, and willingness to demonstrate patience when dealing with customer questions and any problems that may arise

Preferred Qualifications

-High School diploma
-Seasonal full-time position
-Some college preferred
-Avid boater and knowledge of outboards, sterndrives, and waverunner experience a plus
-Managment experience and organization skills
