Term Membership Freeze Conditions

Membership Customers may Freeze their account after the initial 6-month Term Agreement period at any time for $5.00 per month by completing a "Change Notice Form. Freeze Fee refunds will be credited to customers account at time of re-activation. A maximum of $30 will credited to customers account. Any Membership cancelled or terminated while "On Freeze" shall forfeit all earned Freeze Fee Refunds. To do so simply complete this Membership Change Form no later than the 25th of the month before your next billing date.

Flex Membership Freeze Conditions

Term Membership Cancel Conditions

Cancel any time after 6 paid months. Pacific Sun Tan is authorized to transfer funds from your account for a period of 6 months. Membership will continue until receipt of written notice revoking this agreement. A cancellation notice must be received by Pacific Sun Tan no later than the 25th of the month before your next billing date.. If cancellation is not made before this cutoff, the member will be charged for the upcoming month. Any cancellation prior to the fulfillment of the required 6-month term will result in a cancelation fee equal to 1/2 (50%) of the remaining membership dues.

Flex Membership Cancel Conditions

Cancel any time. Pacific Sun Tanis authorized to transfer funds from your account on an ongoing basis. Membership will continue until receipt of written notice revoking this agreement. A cancellation notice must be received by Pacific Sun Tanno later than the 25th of the month before your next billing date. If cancellation is not made before this cutoff, the member will be charged for the upcoming month

Upgrade or Downgrade Conditions

Upgrading or Downgrading a membership does not change any terms or conditions agreed to at time of initial purchase. To do so simply complete this Membership Change Form no later than the 25th of the month before your next billing date.
