Spa Membership Agreement

  Spa Kingston Membership Agreement  

It is agreed by Spa Kingston and you, the undersigned Buyer, that you are purchasing a Membership from Spa Kingston in accordance to the terms of this Spa Membership Agreement and current Spa Policies. A Membership fee will debited on the indicated day of each month from your credit card.

As a Spa Kinston Member YOUR EFT/CC BILLING DATE, will be automatically debited from your credit card each month. If your payment date falls on a weekend or holiday, the debit will be made on the prior or following business day.

 

                                     Your Spa Membership Includes                                        

  • Charged on the 1st of every month.
  • 6 month initial contract, month to month thereafter.
  • One or two services of your choice monthly based on the membership selected.
  • Members may choose any Skincare services & 60 Minute Body Services.
  • All enhancements are unlimited and Complimentary. Adding massage time is not included.
  • 15% off all product purchases plus a Free Tote Bag
  • Members may choose to add 15 min to Massage or Body Brushing Massage for $15
  • Members may choose to add 30 min to Massage or Energy Massage for $30.
  • Complimentary 60 Minute Spa Service during the month of your Birthday! (Excludes Perfect Peel)
  • Members may choose to receive the Perfect Peel for a $75 upgrade charge.
  • Special member only incentives and discounts throughout the year!
  • Each time you refer a friend you get $25 Spa Credit. (cannot be applied to membership payment)
  • Services do not roll over; if they are not used within the agreed billing cycle they are forfeited.

                                                                                                   

MEMBERSHIP CONTRACT

After your 6 month Spa Membership is completed your contract goes month to month. You may cancel by emailing us a written notice of this request at least 30 days prior to your last billing date, otherwise the continued month to month membership will remain active. If you wish to cancel your membership during your 6 month contract, we require 30 days written notice, complete the cancellation form and charge an early cancellation fee of one month member charge, which will be billed to your account.

EFT/CC REQUEST. Buyer hereby authorizes Spa Kingston to make monthly charges / withdrawals from (a) the account used to pay the initial payment described above, or (b) a replacement account hereafter used for payment of any sums due to Spa Kingston under this Spa Membership Agreement. Spa Membership fees will continue each month following the initial payment date described in this Spa Membership Agreement. In the event that sufficient funds are not available in Buyer's account or debits are otherwise not accepted, Spa Kingston may resubmit the charge. If the Spa Membership fee is returned uncollected for a second time, the buyer’s membership will be placed on hold until the monthly fee is remitted in full. During this time no unpaid services may be redeemed. If balance due is not remitted in full within 30 days from the due date this contract will become null and void and the buyers membership agreement will be discontinued. Conditions Buyer understands that Buyer is in full control of Buyer's payment and that this EFT/CC request will remain in effect until Spa Kingston receives written notice of termination of this Spa Membership Agreement and has a reasonable opportunity to act on that notice. If you decide to change your billing information, a 10-day notice is required. Buyer may timely notify the financial institution in control of Buyer's account to terminate this EFT/CC Request, but such notification will not otherwise affect this Spa Membership Agreement and Buyer's obligations herein. By signing this Spa Membership Agreement, Buyer acknowledges that Buyer is of legal age; has received a filled-in and completed copy of the this Spa Membership Agreement that identifies the Spa Membership type and services purchased and has read and understands the entire Spa Membership Agreement that includes but not limited to the *EFT/CC Request. This Spa Membership Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties and no other agreement or understanding exists between Buyer and Spa Kingston. Spa Kingston has not expressed or implied any warranty or representation other than those set forth in this Spa Membership Agreement to induce Buyer to enter into this Spa Membership Agreement.
