Pony Party Reservation Agreement

A. Deposit: A fifty (50%) percent deposit is required to secure your party date and time. The remaining balance is due prior to the start of your party on the day of the party.

B. Inclement Weather Policy: If inclement weather, rain or high winds are forecasted for the time that your event is scheduled, the client has the right to postpone the event. To postpone the event, the client must notify Haile Equestrian LLC at least 2 hours prior to the party start time. Client may reschedule the event within 30 days of the original event date at no additional cost. 


C. Cancellation. If a reservation is cancelled prior to 14 days before the event date, the deposit will be refunded less a fee not to exceed 25% of the total party price. These cancellation fees are not meant to be punitive, but reflect both loss of time due to planning and the opportunity to book another event during that time. If there is an extenuating circumstance or emergency, owner Regina Esterman would be happy to discuss alternate options with you.

D. Post-Party Clean-up: When using our party facilities, you are responsible for removing personal belongings and clean-up of the party room after your party. While our party room is routinely cleaned between parties, excessive messes or confetti left will result in a $30 cleaning fee.

E. Release/Waiver/Hold Harmless and Acknowledgment of Risk: The undersigned understands and acknowledges that riding on, and/or working around a pony or horse entails both known and unknown risks including, but not limited to, physical injury from falling, biting, kicking, slipping, crashing or colliding, etc, to any participant. Furthermore, the undersigned acknowledges that such risks simply cannot be eliminated in their entirety. Client hereby voluntarily and expressly release, indemnify, forever discharge and hold harmless Haile Equestrian LLC and Regina Esterman from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes or rights of action whether personal to me or to a third party, which are in any way connected with participation in this activity, including those allegedly attributable to negligent acts or omissions.

Client understands that client is responsible for ensuring each party guest signs a liability release prior to the start of the party. Haile Equestrian LLC may deny riding to any rider without a liability release on file.


I acknowledge that I have read and reviewed the foregoing Haile Equestrian LLC Pony Party Agreement and Acknowledgement of Risks and I agree to be bound by the same.

Platinum Package

  • $600 (includes $300 deposit)

  • $450 (includes $225 deposit)
  • 2 ponies for 1 hour (Recommended for up to 15 guests)

Silver Package

  • $400 (includes $200 deposit)
  • 2 ponies for 1 hour (Recommended for up to 10-15 guests) 
  • 2 hour party

Basic Package

  • $300 (includes $150 deposit)
  • 1 pony for 1 hour (Recommended for up to 10 guests) 
  • 2 hour party

All parties include: 

  • Use of 12x16 party room decorated with standard party decorations

  • One 8' party table with tablecloth and 10 folding chairs + 8' table for cake/gifts/etc
  • Ponies are provided fully tacked and prepared for the event. Ponies are led by Haile Equestrian LLC staff members for safety. 
  • Party attendees have the opportunity to groom and feed the ponies during the party (we recommend bringing carrots)
  • Special return offer for party guests towards lessons, horseback rides, or future pony parties
