Grand Junction Stand Up Paddle Equipment Rental Form

  1. I understand there are no refunds after delivery on unused equipment.
  2. I agree not to loan, rent, or lease this equipment to any other person and only the original leased equipment will be accepted for return.
  3. I agree to return all equipment in the same condition as I have received it.
  4. I understand and agree that there will be a charge for cleaning or repairing any equipment that is returned dirty or damaged.
  5. I agree to reimburse and replace any lost, damaged, or destroyed equipment. Grand Junction Stand Up Paddle Equipment Rental Form
  6. I AGREE to indemnify and reimburse Grand Junction Stand Up Paddle for any damages, cost, fees or expenses they expand on my or my family’s behalf including the cost of Search and Rescue or for any damages I may do to third parties.
  7. I understand this means that I am the insurer for Grand Junction Stand Up Paddle for any actions or damages that Grand Junction Stand Up Paddle may incur.
  8. All equipment must be returned no later than 5:00 p.m. Late charges will be assed of $20 for each piece returned late.
  9. I understand that additional charges will be incurred if Grand Junction Stand Up Paddle incurs additional time and expense in recovering lost or non-returned equipment. Time will be billed at $40 an hour.
  10. Grand Junction Stand Up Paddle has the right to cancel service do to intoxication without refund or rescheduling. I Grand Junction Stand Up Paddle’s staff, witnesses irresponsible behavior including drug and alcohol abuse on our premises or on the water, we have the right to negate your service and take equipment back without a refund.
  11. I understand and agree to the terms of lease agreement and the charges as they are posted and set forth above.
