Online Archery Challenges, LLC; dba Grass Hollow Archery., herby lets and leases unto the lessee, the multipurpose room on the following dates and times:

Said Premises will be used for team practices, meetings, leagues and for no other use without the prior approval of Grass Hollow Archery, LLC.

Prepayment of hourly rental fee is required 3 days in advance of occupancy.  Cancellation notice for scheduled hourly rentals must be received 3 business days in advance or renter forfeits ½ of rental fee. Cancellation for all rentals in groups of 5 days or more must be cancelled 5 business day in advance and the renter forfeits 50% of rental fee. Any group that rents space and is a no show, shall pay 100% of the rental fee. Return check due to insufficient funds are subject to a minimum $50 fee and may be higher if bank fees are such.

Rental Fee: $35 per hour (Fall 2018 - Spring 2019 must be Pre-Scheduled)

Emergency Rental - $40 per hour (Last minute booking for sports teams and other organizations)

Any organization needing to store equipment prior to use of facility shall contact an owner of Grass Hollow Archery to arrange such needs, and at no time shall the renter or anyone working on behalf of the renter, expect to access the facility without prior arrangement with one of the owners.

The Lessee shall be liable and responsible for any and all damage or injury to said premises or any person on property thereon during period of occupancy, and shall reimburse, indemnify, and save Grass Hollow Archery and/or Roy Heim fully harmless thereof.

The Lessee shall be invoiced priot to the start and must pay before the beginning of each 7 week session/ half semseter via email to be provided by Penn State Schuylkill.
