When you sign up with us for membership;

When you visit or call one of our venues to ask about our services;
Via our official social media pages that we control such as official pages for our various businesses on Facebook and Instagram;
When you sign up to receive our marketing material;
If your photograph or video is taken at one of our venues;
When you submit an application for employment with us;
When you register for one of our corporate programs; and
When you register for one of our events.

Some of our venues have surveillance cameras which may capture your image on film. We may use this information in respect of the management and security of our venues and it may be provided to law enforcement and government bodies for these purposes.

Your Personal Information may be used by us in a number of ways, including:

To respond to your enquiries, request or feedbacks;
To process your booking with us;
To assist with our internal business processes;

PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
A photographic image (including a video recording) which is sufficiently clear to enable to be identified as an individual is Personal Information. We ensure that the Personal Information is used and disclosed only in ways which are consistent with the Policy and the PDPA. 
As you participate in activities in our venues we may take photos and videos of you and your experience. The primary purpose is for promotional and marketing activities. We regularly reproduce photographic or video images of individuals who attend our venues in promotional and marketing materials and on our social media sites. The images are used to record your experience at our venues, promote our venues or describe the activities. The images may be used for publicity and advertising purposes in any media. By visiting our venues, you acknowledge and agree that we are the creator and owner of all intellectual property rights associated with your photos and videos and that we may use and exploit the photographs and videos in any manner, without restriction of any kind. You agree to us using, reproducing and disclosing photographic or video images of you. You agree that you will make no claims against us for any payment or fee for appearing in promotional material or advertising and release us from any other claims in connection with our use of likeness and image.

DECLARATION OF INDEMNITY

 

I hereby undertake, at all times, to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Climbers Laboratory Pte Ltd, its management, officers, agents and employees from any and all liability, loss, damage and expenses (including attorney fees) they may suffer as the result of claims, demands, costs or judgments which may be made or instituted against them or any of them by reason of personal injury (including death) to any person or damage to property because of, arising out of, or connected with the course, activities, programmes or my participation therein. It is understood and agreed that such indemnity shall survive the termination of this agreement.

 

I agree to abide by all rules and regulations establish by Climbers Laboratory Pte Ltd on the usage of equipment, facilities, services and all other amendments or alterations thereto including all signs, posters, billboards and all written and verbal instructions notified from time to time.

 

I authorise Climbers Laboratory Pte Ltd and any other advertising or marketing agency on behalf of Climbers Laboratory Pte Ltd to take, use and/or reproduce photographs, films and/or digital media of me during the usage of the facilities and/or services for any purpose deemed suitable by Climbers Laboratory Pte Ltd.

 

I acknowledge that Climbers Laboratory Pte Ltd shall only be responsible for the acts of its employees or any other entity controlled by Climbers Laboratory Pte Ltd on the management, control, supervision, directions and/or operations of the facilities and/or services and shall not be liable for any acts done without instructions/supervision/authorisation from Climbers Laboratory Pte Ltd.
