Predator Ridge Limited Partnership is a limited partnership, registered under the Partnership Act (British Columbia) that owns and operate Predator Ridge Resort in Vernon, BC. Predator Ridge Resort is an unprecedented real estate development with 36-holes of award winning golf, hiking/biking trails, restaurants, fitness center, yoga platforms and an indoor/outdoor tennis and pickleball facility.

Homeowner Tennis and Pickleball memberships are available to title holders of real property at Predator Ridge.
Program and Lesson Information Policies
- Private instruction at Commons Racquet Club may only be provided by authorized instructors. No 3rd party coaching is permitted.
- Lessons can be booked by calling the facility office.
- Lesson cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. No shows for lessons will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% lesson price.
Membership Account and Payment Terms
- Any member, whose account is in good standing, is entitled to use the Club facilities. Finance charges of 2% per month will be charged for unpaid balances past 30 days. Once an account is over 30 days late, unless prior arrangements have been made with Predator Ridge, member play will be suspended until the account is brought up to date.
- All initiation fees (if applicable) monthly membership dues, and charges may be subject to change. Members will be appropriately notified of such changes, as determined by management.
- The obligation to pay dues is not dependent upon the availability of all the Clubs designated facilities. Tournaments, construction, repair and/or maintenance of some facilities and/or other occurrences may make it necessary for the Club to restrict use of one of more of the facilities or to temporarily close the Tennis courts. Dues will not be reduced or suspended during these occurrences. Annual Dues are charged on date of application/annual renewal and will be in place for the twelve month season. Monthly payments are available at above stated schedule. Failure to pay Annual Dues will result in loss of membership. Predator Ridge will provide 30 days' notice of non-payment of Annual Dues.
- When a membership falls in default, Predator Ridge will notify the members through registered mail that proceedings will begin to dissolve the membership.
Medical Freeze/Leave of Absence
A member may apply for a leave of absence for a period of three months due to medical surgery or for up to one year for other medical reasons only. Verification in writing from the member's physician is required in advance of the effective date of the medical leave. During medical leave, collection of dues is placed on hold and the member may not utilize the facility. If at the end of the medical leave the member is still medically unable to use the Club, the member will be contacted to make arrangements regarding payment and continued membership status or membership cancellation.

REGULATION OF MEMBERSHIP AND STANDARDS OF CONDUCT:
The following terms and conditions shall apply to all Members of Predator Ridge:
PARTICIPATION:
Members are entitled to use Predator Ridge facilities available to their category of membership upon payment of the applicable Initiation Fee and annual dues and subject to compliance with the policies and the rules and regulations determined from time to time by Predator Ridge. Membership does not entitle the member to, or confer upon the member, any investment, voting rights, ownership or equitable interest in Predator Ridge.
CONDITIONS:
Predator Ridge, in its sole and absolute discretion, will determine and administer all facets of the membership and operation of the Predator Ridge Resort and membership.
ACCEPTANCE:
The member accepts these terms and conditions by signing and dating the Acknowledgement & Agreement document and remitting appropriate payment plus applicable taxes for their chosen category of membership.
STANDARDS OF CONDUCT:
Members of Predator Ridge Resort are expected to respect and adhere to the general standards of conduct set out by Predator Ridge including, without limitation, the following:
Each Member of Predator Ridge agrees to indemnify and save Predator Ridge harmless from and against: (i) any and all claims and expenses incurred by Predator Ridge or by any member or guest of a member or by any other person or persons where such claims or expenses arise due to the action or inaction of the member or the member's guest(s); and (ii) all damage, injury or loss of any nature and kind including, without limitation, damage or loss of personal property and/or personal injury sustained while at Predator Ridge or during the use of Predator Ridge facilities.
Members must familiarize themselves with, and abide by, the spirit and letter of rules and regulations of Predator Ridge and its policies.
Members must maintain courteous relations with Predator Ridge employees, fellow members and guests. Members must uphold the highest standards of personal conduct so to reflect the image and stature of Predator Ridge, a world class resort.
Members agree to pay the scheduled fees and taxes and accept full responsibility for the conduct and financial obligations of their guests.
Members must observe the highest standards of conduct and integrity when representing Predator Ridge at outside events.
Members and their guests are to have the utmost respect for the resort and facilities at Predator Ridge at all times. Members are responsible for the conduct/actions of their guest(s) and as such will be held responsible and accountable for any breach(s) of conduct by their guest(s).
Members who do not comply with Predator Ridge's rules or whose conduct is prejudicial to Predator Ridge's reputation or to the good order of Predator Ridge may be subject to disciplinary actions by Predator Ridge, as set out below.
Failure to pay any fees or annual dues owing to Predator Ridge will result in termination of the membership without reimbursement to the holder(s) thereof.
Predator Ridge reserves the full and undisputed right to terminate any membership without notice, for any cause or reason which, in the sole and absolute discretion of Predator Ridge, is detrimental to the best interests of Predator Ridge. The member recognizes that those activities which might be detrimental to Predator Ridge are not specifically defined and may be very broad in interpretation. The member agrees to comply with the absolute discretion of Predator Ridge in this regard and that the discretion given to Predator Ridge in this instance shall be broadly (and not strictly) interpreted.
Predator Ridge, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate or suspend a member from use of some or all of the facilities at Predator Ridge and from any or all of the rights and privileges of membership and, in the case of suspension, for such a period as determined in the sole discretion of Predator Ridge. Predator Ridge may also cause a member or their guests to be expelled from Predator Ridge.
