Can I switch plans after I sign up?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time. When you change your plan a credit will be issued to your account for the unused days on your current plan and a new billing cycle for the new plan will begin.
Are there discounts for annual service?
Yes! We offer a 15% discount for a one year commitment. There are no refunds on annual service contracts.
How many signed waivers can I accept during my trial?
As many as you'd like! No, seriously. During your free 30-day trial you can accept an unlimited number of signed waivers. If you have existing paper waivers on file, this is a great opportunity for your business to collect new digital waivers from your customers for free.
Can I use more than one waiver in my account?
Certainly. You can use an unlimited number of waiver templates in your account.
What happens to my waivers if I cancel my account?
You can download all of your waivers as PDFs or in CSV files if you'd like to keep your information when you cancel your Smartwaiver account. This data will be available for 30 days after cancellation.
What happens if I go over my waiver limit for the month?
When your account approaches its monthly waiver limit, we'll send you an email letting you know. If you anticipate going over the limit, you can easily upgrade your account to allow more signed waivers. If you do happen to exceed your plan's waiver limit, your customers will still be able to sign your waiver but your Waiver Console will be temporarily disabled until the service plan is upgraded or your current billing cycle has ended.
Is Smartwaiver HIPAA compliant?
