A Message from the Smartwaiver Team

Thousands of businesses around the world depend on Smartwaiver to safely store their legal documents and customer data. We take this responsibility very seriously and want to assure our customers and those seeking a digital waiver solution that we are here for you during these extremely challenging times. Our redundant and encrypted data storage system continues to be monitored 24/7 and our support staff is ready to assist you during regular business hours over email, phone and live chat.

We know that businesses have a lot to think about in the face of this global pandemic. Be assured, the storage of your signed waivers and data is one less thing to worry about with Smartwaiver.

In fact, if your business has been forced to temporarily suspend operations, here are a few suggestions we can offer to make the most of any extra downtime:

  • Leverage your data

As a Smartwaiver customer, you have existing and prospective customer information readily available from your Waiver Console. Download your information as a CSV file and then sort your data any way you choose. You can then start sending proactive communication to these segmented customer lists, letting people know that your activities WILL start again.
  • Set up Email Integrations

If you haven't already, take a few minutes to set up an email integration with Mailchimp, Constant Contact or Emma. Once set up, participant email addresses on new waivers signed will automatically transfer to your email list, streamlining your email marketing efforts.
  • More Data

Look at your Smartwaiver Analytics and Smart Trends to learn when customers signed your waiver and when they checked into your facility. The data can reveal some interesting insights which could help you optimize future activity programming.
  • Start Planning

When things start to reopen, you're going to want to be ready! Check in with your attorney or insurance company to make sure your waivers are up to date and ready to sign. If you have updates or need to add a new waiver template to your account, just reach out to us and we'll be happy to help you get things squared away.

During this time of uncertainty, we suspect that digital waivers are probably not necessarily your number 1 concern and we're okay with that. We just want everyone to know that we're here when you need us.

Be safe. Together, we'll get through this!

Sincerely,
The Smartwaiver Team
