Ranch Bookings, an online reservation software designed specifically for guest ranches, is now integrated with Smartwaiver! With real-time calendar availability, online deposit payments and advanced automated emails, Ranch Bookings provides guest ranches with a better reservation experience that starts from the first click.
Ranch Bookings provides an online check-in process where guests can provide important information the ranch needs for their stay; things like dietary restrictions, horseback riding ability, etc. With the Ranch Bookings + Smartwaiver integration, when a guest receives a link to their check-in page, one of the items on a list of "to-do's" is signing the required digital waiver.

Once the guest submits the waiver, the checkbox is ticked, and the ranch is notified, both via email and within the Ranch Bookings dashboard.
